Good News on a Sad Note!
As mentioned before my Mom has to have full time care. Well she has a huge beautiful old home which she does not need all the upkeep and high cost to operate on a fixed income. Therefore we are downsizing for her and I will host her Living Estate Sale in October. This is really sad for me because I love this old house she has called home for over 20 years but it is best for her.
The Good! news part of all this is I put the house on the Market September 13th. and had a contract on it September 17th. I never dreamed it would sell so fast during this economic disaster we are experiencing.
Since we are keeping some of her furnishings this will be a relatively small sale for furniture but you won't believe the smalls & collectibles.
I have a few pictures to post today and I will have lots more after Saturday. I will be working there all weekend because I am trying to get the sale ready by October 17th.
FYI: Part or All of the Fiesta Collection may be purchased by a family member but it may not so I have included it in the pictures.
Her home is in Hiram, Ga. and I know that's a long way for most of you but we sure hope you can make it.
